If your dates have been approved, and you would like to Vacation at our Cocoa Beach Condo, we ask that you download, read, fill out and sign our lease agreement form. To download, simply click over top of the lease application box for the condo unit that you will be staying at, and click on "save" and save this file to your desktop . Then you may open with either "Word" or "Works".

Print, fill out and fax one copy to Keith @: (248)681-4230

And mail the other copy to the address at the bottom of the lease.

Note** Your reservation will not be final until you receive a confirmation reply by mail or e-mail.
